Amir Fahim+, a 15.2 hand
black Arabian stallion,
combined the best of
Kellogg/Crabet and old
Egyptian bloodlines.  His
accomplishments were
indeed varied.  His first six
years involved showing.  He
was a champion at halter and
a winner in English pleasure
and equitation, hunter hack,
hunter over fences, trail,
western riding and stock.  He
was also trained to third level
dressage.
At age six Amir Fahim+
started endurance.  In his first
year he qualified for the
Endurance Horse Registry of
America.  He retired with
1935 miles in competition.  
Consistently Fahim finished in
the Top Ten.  He had wins
and best conditions in fifty
mile and two -day one
hundred mile events.  In
December of 1989, Fahim
completed the five day Death
Valley Encounter for a total of
250 miles, placing forth
overall and winning the light
weight division.
In July 1989, Amir Fahim+
earned the International
Arabian Horse Association's
"Legion of Honor".  The
Arabian Sport Horse
Association honored Fahim
as the 1993 reserve
champion, the 1994
champion and the 1995
champion "Horse of the Year"
for Meritorious Sire.  This
award is given to living sires
on the merit achieved by the
outstanding accomplishments
of his get.
